Do I need to be technical?

No. Every page is one task with plain-language steps and a prompt you copy and paste. If you can send an email and use a spreadsheet, you can do this course.

Which AI tool do I need?

The course is built and demonstrated on Grok Bot. The prompts are written in plain language, so they also work in most other AI chat assistants. There's a short page on other tools you can use.

Do I have to pay for extra software?

No. Free plans of an AI chat assistant, a spreadsheet and email are enough to finish the course. Any paid tools mentioned are optional.

Will this replace my accountant?

No. The bookkeeping module helps you sort and organise records so you're better prepared, but it doesn't replace an accountant or tax practitioner. Check tax matters with SARS and a qualified professional.

Is my business data safe?
